Id say it has everything to do with it, because it shows a pattern of behavior, and it you take that it was cops who are telling us that this cop was acting in self defense, well, then next time you want to investigate someone, have their own investigate em, instead of you.

How many times have you a$$holes gone into court and talked about using a criminals record against them? Its the same thing. The persons record has everything to do with it, especially when its a career long disciplinary problem.

Talk about lopsided reporting...most lopsided you will find is when its your word against some scumbag with a badge.
