If the tower has sat there for years, and NO ONE has bothered IT, I doubt there would be folks climbing over the fence to get to this bunker when the current bunker, in the West End, has never been bothered to my knowledge. If anything, towers are far more of an attraction than a concrete bunker. How about renting space out at Waverly Hills?
Where DO you suggest these be stored? (And don't say the Mayor's house, he lives in a densely populated residential area after all, and he already has the hazard of trains running within a couple of blocks of his house, not to mention Field Elementary is right there.)
