Yeah, because they can - none of those things are grievable. And yes, they have threatened several officers with exactly that - and they can't afford to push it because they need the shift, family reasons, and they know it. So, you write BS tickets.
The thing that gets me is saying you have to take juvenile offenders to SafePlace - we should transport them ALL to JCYC.
