1. Yes, a Taser shock can pass through people - have you never seen the video of the three cops with linked arms, and one hit by a Taser that effected all three?

2. I hope you don't think that electricity can't pass through the human body - please tell me you have been taught that it is not a good idea to pull a person away from a power line?
