I believe this comment came from a disgruntled member of the LMPD. Maybe Chief White should change the way he manages the department. Maybe he should ask the dingbat Richard Dotson how to do things. He could allow drinking alcohol,smoking pot,driving like a outof control teen that has had their license for a week, and beat their spouses whenever then please. I think Chief White is doing a good job by holding al members accountable for their actions. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHIEF WHITE
