Louisville football player arrested, charged with assault of a police officer

I'll pay more for a real jail in Louisville Metro. They need to build a 750 bed facility to move long term inmates out of 6th and liberty... improve booking.. It really suckes when the sheriff's van rolls in with 15 a couple times a week. (no fault of the sheriffs).
