If you have a suspended OL in one stae, you cannot have a valid OL in another state...legally. One cancels out the other. There would have to be a misrepresentation or attempt to defraud in order to obtain two OL from two different states simultaneously.

No. Their driving privileges have been taken away in Kentucky. No driving in Kentucky. Most states have reciprocal agreements though so even if you think the other license is good, it may not be if the computers have connected the dots.

If the other license is good, it's good in that state. Other states may have the reciprocal agreement and recognize that you are operating on a bad license.

Sure you can, all you have to do is go to Taco Pico on the outer loopand buy you a Mexican license. When you get charged for driving with no ol the prosecutors will just amend down 2 license not in possession happens all the time
