Figure when the tests get back from the lab and it shows he was intoxicated Conrad will fire him. Praoblem is the city will have to pay a bank full of money for shooting an unarmed man. How did the dept hire these fools in the first place. If a house cleaning on this dept doesn't come soon this chief will be branded as bad as the last chief.

Chief Conrad,

Why would you include anywhere in your statement that the officer may have been intoxicated before the investigation was completed?

I understand the need to appear "transparent" and Im sure the officer's tests will come back positive for alcohol; But what if the tests didn't?

You would think that as Chief you would know better then to make a premature inflammatory statement that just set this thug (let's be honest, this is probably the case, but I could be wrong) up for a payday.

I still want answers to this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Off topic sorry. Guys be careful, people are starting to carry holstered weapons now. Got a run on accident where one of the parties had a gun strapped on his side. We are being tried by the public to be sucked into a lawsuit for doing something wrong. Don't fall for a trap.

I was told the Mayor said there is no money for raises in the next contract, but the city can give the Yum Center-with there over priced tickets, food and drink (the cost of building it came in under budget)-6 plus million this year and another 3 plus million next year??
