Tentative contract agreement offered to Louisville Metro EMS employees

KMA ! I deserve a fair pay like everyone else. I am not saying not to beautify the city but to STOP giving away tax payers money to PRIVATE MILLIONAIRES for their pet projects. When will we let private investments stand on their own? If you open a business or want to invest in one it is up to you to make it work not the governments. I am not asking for anything more than metro government to be honest. It cannot say it has no money to invest in its employees with a fair wage and then give away millions of dollars to those who invested in their war chest to get elected. People are always complaining when private companies pay their CEO and others big money and bonuses and forget the employees, this is on the same line. Forgetting those who work and giving the money to those who have enough for everyone else. Let private investment stay private. If they feel it is good enough to ask for public money let them invest fully in it themselves.

I'm just tired of gov't waste which we have a lot of. Unless you are a city employee and know what's going on firsthand you need to keep your big mouth shut about our working conditions.
