Mayor Fischer tries out firefighter's uniform

The jail should be able to handle most minor medical issues. Heart attacks, etc., sure, but not the minor stuff. And folks who are "just dunk" should have a place where they can be monitored rather than taking up valuable space at the hospital, too.
