Maybe he can ride in one of the suburban divisions and see that you have eight to ten officers patrolling 80 plus square miles with little to no available back up... since this is where the majority tax money comes from, maybe he might try and push a few extra officers out there. Any truth in the fact that parts of the 'new' narcotics unit were told to focus on the 1st 2nd and 4th divisions?
