Waiting for the other shoe to drop?

I work in social services and I can say first hand, things like this are why those of us that aren't police officers dislike this mayor just as much as the officers and firefighters and others do. He tells the media that social services is off the table, but that's a complete lie... yet people in this communite buy it time and again
