Rats Leaving A Sinking Ship?

I understand he just appealed the FOP ruling from Judge Perry on the cars to the Court of Appeals. Are we looking at yet another 10 year 20-40 million dollar lawsuit that will have to be paid becaus instead of correcting his blunders he just keeps them tied up in court? Can't this guy get impeached or something? I am tired of my tax dollars going to waste on frivolous appeals that any common sense person can see he is in the wrong on.

Like the guy who wrote the article said: Abramson acts like a spoiled child that didn't get his way.

It only takes so long because they don't push it, most cases can make it through the system in 3 years. Remember, these are not cases where there has been a trial, after all.
