Investigation underway after reports that LMPD officers denied service at Louisville Taco Bell

Gang suppression for a city of 700,000 takes hundreds of officers and detectives, not the handful there are today. You arrest the most violent and the leaders using any charge available and put them away for as long as possible with no deals. You also get civil injunctions against the gang so they can be arrested for contempt of court for association with other gang members, intimidating, recruiting, trespassing, possessing drugs, alcohol or firearms, graffiti, and making hand signals. Driving the gang out of business is how you stop the murders, not just arresting murderers one by one.
