I doubt they care how much the city has to pay for anything. It hasn't stopped them so far. Most of the people who take them on end up losing, with the exception of the $500,000 man. The only thing the FOP can do is keep people from getting fired and letting them retire at minimum age as a beat officer in a problem child division.
