Louisville man says two LMPD officers beat him

Tough Guy? Ha Ha... Who has a chip on their shoulder. The Officer could have been going on a call, domestic, fight etc.. which he needs to make a little speed, In a safe manner to get there. Without running his lights/siren. This guy should have minded his own business and not been causing an alarm to the officer while he was driving by screaming at him. Pedestrians and alcohol dont mix.
