Uhhh, this isn't "new" - the department was created at least six months ago, probably more. In fact, at one point, Manning had Whitlock patrolling in a West Buechel car and uniform. (And no, I am not joking - in fact, I think someone was posting photos on this website, wish I'd snagged 'em.)

Jeff, why is your officers messing with LMPD officers in thier personal FOP tag cars in uniform driving home from shift? Kelly is gonna cause division between WBPD and LMPD. It was not me but the story is going around. Need to clear it up now or WBPD is on thier own.

Manning allowed his son to ride along with officers while carring a gun and even made arrest. While Manning and Gordon had crack heads in uniform working for there security business . They reported them as off duty police. I do like the beard thief,I'm mean chief.
