DPD Chief To Cops: ‘Reapply For Your Jobs’

I don't disagree with the technical idea of the best in all positions.... The way he is going about it may be alittle harsh. He could be trying to correct the good ole boy system or create his own good ole boy system... maybe both. I just dont know enough about their department to make an educated decision, but I can have fun with the up coming comments.
