LMPD brings in leadership and diversity expert

Why did the one who took his place have to be a minority? What do you think would happen if a minority wasn't picked, perhaps a nuclear war? As a black person I know if I achieved any kind of success, there will always be people who say I got that position only because I was a minority. Blacks don't win out positions against whites. Blacks are only hand picked because they are minorities. Shame. Shame. Shame.
