that was referring to the filling of the position being vacated by a sgt. Please tell me when it is correct to limit the position either a minority or a non minority? If it was to be filled with a non minority only there would be people yelling racism. This is the point I was trying to bring up, nothing else. I am all for putting the best person in the job but why limit it based on race?
