How many times are you going to court twice a day. If you don't like it, go apply to Ford, or some other job that probably won't pay as well. We work shift work. That is how it goes. You could get promoted and then not worry about court. I don't think that is a good reason for promotion, but it is there.

I applaud you for working. That is what we get paid for. You have the discretion of how much "you" want to interpret and enforce the laws of arrest.
