I encourage any detective or officer outside the th division to listen to ch.1 on mid-watch to hear all the stacked runs or even how the dispatchers are confused about what car to send to calls for service. It has been a nightmare for the last week. I can tell you personally about how a solo car has to take all the report runs stacked and a taxpayer gets home from work to report a break in and takes an hour and half to respond because the solo car is tied up at walmart on cite & release shoplifter
