I do not know about the cullture at your department but I can tell you this, Chief Conrad took our department from low moral to now a feeling of pride by our officers for being part of Glendale PD. The vast, vast, vast majority will miss him. he was a good Chief and a great person. I did not agree with every thing he did but I respected his judgement. Chief Conrad, we will miss you.
