Just because he asks them to stay on temporarily does not mean it is a permanent - since I suspect both of them are going to be actively seeking chief's jobs now - on a smaller scale. I expect you will see him out in the divisions more, though.

In Conrad's press conference (viewed on WLKY 32) he stated that "Chief White did a phenomenal job over the last nine years" and also called RCW a "friend and a mentor". Seriously....! Should we all be a bit concerned, or was he just trying to be humble and respectful toward his predecessor?
