City gets $11 million bill for interest on Louisville firefighter pensions

a gagillion depts stil have take home cars...Nashville, Indy nearly every dept in florida..... and the list goes onnnnnnnnnnn

Don't get too cozy with a clause in a contract that says they cannot lay you off. If things get bad enough, that contract will take a back seat. By the time those lawyers in City Hall get a hold of it, there will be some loophole found that will make the no lay off clause void. Just saying, you cannot win with City Hall.
