We have 53 Lieutenants on a Department of 1100 how is that to many? On the flip side though we have like 250 Sergeants which is way to many.

Yes, it is a joke. Why are we paying Lieutenants like Micah Schue who works out of the newburgh garage, and is over the fleet & Lieutenant Andy Amhrien who is over the tow lot "Hazardous Duty" pay. They dont even wear a uniform to work anymore. Put citizens over those type of positions and cut down on the Hazardous Duty pay... nothing hazardous duty with either of those positions. I know there will be some haters out there, but it's the truth.
