Merit board reduces suspension of officer who ticketed 7-year-old

you really think that less than 5% of the department does not like the former and left overs from the former administration? Can you be serious when saying this? She is not liked (just as others up there) due to their arrogance and I'll do what I want attitudes when it comes to everything. I personally don't care for any of them up there (including some majors) because all they do is lie to make themselves look better. They cook the books on crime and if they have a grudge against you, you will NEVER go anywhere within the department. She is NOT a strong leader in any sense of the word. She was promoted because who she is NOT what she accomplished and if she makes chief it will be due to the same. Now before you start slamming me with being a bigot or racist, I have followed many of good commanders in all races or colors and was proud to do so in the military and former police department. I just have a hard time following someone who in not a leader in my eyes. BUT I will still do my job for the public and myself.
