Merit board reduces suspension of officer who ticketed 7-year-old |
RE: Merit board reduces suspension of officer who ticketed 7-year-old...
The sgt who did that was a jack ***. He did it to be an activist, to show off to his platoon that he had the testicles to stand up against the administration. I can almost see something like that happening with this climate. Sgt. X thinkSts the whole department is against the administration so Sgt. X sees the perfect opportunity to "stick to the administration" whilst the platoon watches and cheers their fearless leader on. As a CO his manners where the ultimate in disrespect and while the jack *** may have gotten a little satisfaction for that sassy tongue, in the end the real joke is on him.
Reward for "Standing Up for the Troops": Nothing, because no one respects anyone whether they are really good or really bad. Stop taking this police stuff so seriously.

That Sergeant needed disciplined. He needs to show some respect to the chain of command. You dont have to respect the person, cause god know's there are some Sgts that I totally cant stand. But, I do respect them for the rank they hold. To many ego's on this dept, that is that problem... ego's are brining us down and turing us against one another.
