Merit board reduces suspension of officer who ticketed 7-year-old

The Merit Boards does work, but in this case I think the original amount of days were warranted. It was absolute abuse of authority!!!! He's an insecure d..k that power trips off of being an ******* to everyone; police and citizens alike. The fact that he still has a job amazes me.
