The strongest one is I have been doing this for over 21 years and understand the politics in this and a former department. Those in charge will always flex their muscle and appear to be in charge of events but from doing this for so long I know who makes who look good. Although they are pains and at times have no idea what is really going on it is not about them. It is about doing the job and making things a little better for society as a whole. I am not out to save the world or anything like that but will do what I am being paid for and work with my platoon (yes I am a sgt) on the street. I can **** and moan and be upset but that does not mean that I do not enjoy what I do. After all it is a job and at the end of the shift I am done and go home to what is more important, my family.
