Third, It's mental games aimed at the public. When you drive, will you be able to avoid our latest unmarked cars?

And why can't the unmarked cars have cages? Some are of models that can have cages. Or better yet, get a paddy wagon so that most officers don't have to transport. Good experience for the youngsters to drive the paddy wagon for a while.
