Sixteen apply for Louisville police chief's post

It seems like guys in the 7th were upset they lost Harper and Fox is there punching bag. He may not be the greatest cop that walked the earth, evidently Harper is, but I know Fox from years back and present. He will stand up for you and he will ride the streets making runs and arrests.

The one guy had it right. Someone is just trying to be loud and make a lot of noise because they want their Harper back.

Don't get me wrong. I know Jimmie too. Go way back. He is a good cop and a great guy too.
