O.K., Ive been reading this stuff about how great you think Fox is, well let me tell you this, he is a TERRIBLE leader and even more pathetic excuse for a cop. A backstabber. He will smile in your face and then talk bad about you when you're gone. A pure coward. This guy has probably never put the handcuffs on a serious criminal his whole career. The crime has gone up in the 7th because Fox does not know the first thing about policing. He has done NOTHING to prevent, reduce or fight crime in any way, the stats show it. I was in the 7th when Harper was there and while not a big Harper fan I can tell you there were no number padding like that which went on in other divisions. Harper motivated the officers and didn't beat them up over the stats, stood up for them at crime stat when things weren't stat friendly and made sure officers knew he supported them. The officers in the 7th DO NOT LIKE HIM. The things he puts emphasis on does not fight crime and make no sense. Fox has zero respect for officers and thinks he is some kind of police god or legend. He treats people wrong and hides behind his police rank to get away with it. You are GREATLY mistaken about Fox. In street terms, Fox is a punk.
