Sixteen apply for Louisville police chief's post

Oh, was Kenneth Betts allowed to put in for the Chiefs position? He was allowed to take the Sergeants test "when he was not elgible" He even knew he was not elgible to take the test. He keeps pushing and pushing, even applying for every position that comes open. He is no better than Harper, all that crap that went on in the 3rd District with Betts. lol.

Betts is a little wiesel. He is trying hard to get to the top. He and Lt. Flaherty are pretty close. Fleherty always had him assigned to him weeks at a time. Betts may be in the Division 7 days out of a month. His beat partners sure do love him.
