MARK FOX!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if he becomes Chief then all the divisons Dets will be assigned as Div Traffic cares since all he cares about is speeding and NOT ONE BIT ABBOUT CRIME.... I wish he would get demoted so he would retire! Please to whom ever is the next Chief, DEMOTE MARK FOX!

You are an ......., and just trying to bash a true leader. Means he likes to have his people police the right way and impact crime like it should be not a paper champion where it is about looking good on paper when in reality it is not. Gets out with the officers and works with the community. And for the goof ball that said they hope Conrad, you have got to be joking. He will demolish the morale of this department and not be involved with any of us.

He "loves to police" means, atleast to us police and Soldier types (ok Marines and some Airmen as well), that he is a boots on the ground sort of guy. It can laso means that he is visible and active with his officers, which is a tried and true form of leadership. I might be wrong, but that is what I got from it.
