We should probably all do some personal research into the applicants before even making our own decision regarding whom we as individuals think would make a good chief. Obviously a chief's philosophy on SOP, morale, and officer benefits will have a huge impact on the rank and file. For example, did you Conrad supporters know that he recently took away the take home car benefit from his officers in Glendale and that he is not a supporter of take home car programs? Something to consider.
