If you'll re-read the post, it referred to the "college educated" new guys that can't spell or write worth a darn. I don't have a college degree myself. I went but didn't finish because it wasn't for me. I don't look down on those that "only" have a high school diploma because we are indeed the smart ones and I'm in that group, son. I've got life experience and learned more in 4 years of high school than kids today did + 4years college. You might want to thoroughly read what is written next time before you go getting defensive. People like you will always find fault in someone with intellect though, as if somehow it is bad to be street smart AND book smart. You CAN be both. This is what you guys do. You don't fall into this category so put down the people who do. I won't apologize for being smart and caring about how I present myself when I write and speak. One is not more important than the other. They go hand in hand my friend. I've got 15+ years doing what I do and do well, thank ya kindly! I stand by what I said. Some of these young pups write reports of which they should be ashamed. I don't care how tough they are or good they are "on the street". PART OF THE JOB is being able to PROFESSIONALLY articulate, on paper, in court, etc. How much will it matter how well they handled a run if they come across as an idiot to a jury and the criminal gets off anyway?
