Havin witnessed what some of the judges say and do in the courtrooms. Unless they have a slam dunk, that these judges know it will bite them on thier arse's, they wont get a conviction anyway.

I'm not really taking of for them, but our judges are pretty darn sad.

No, your arrest slip sucks. You cannot articulate your way out of a paper sack. Going to trial will expose you for the lack of education you really have.
