Boston Police Among Highest Paid in Nation

The base pay for Boston Police officers is still higher than anyplace else. The whole city shouldn't be penalized just because your husband doesn't want to work extra. If you want to make more money you should work hard, get a degree, etc. just like the rest of us. If he wanted something for nothing he should have been a lawyer. At the end of the day a higher raise would make no difference to you because Uncle Sam would get most of it and you won't see a difference in your wallet at all. The only one getting rich off of it would be Thomas J. Nee. You're better to be fighting for better/more benefits.
