Most of us on LMPD strongly agree with you. The loudest, most negative voices always seem to be the most powerful. Sure, I have gossiped about other officers in a mean way before, but I cut that out completely about four years ago. "What goes around comes around", and I can attest to that. I have strong opinions about a lot of people on LMPD, but you'll never hear me say it to anyone else, or even worse, put somebody's name on a site like this. Gossiping starts out very small, but over time you get so used to doing it, it becomes who you are. It is a very tempting habit, but once you realize how adolescent it is, you feel more terrible about doing it.
