Terry Meiners found not guilty in speeding case; officer threatens defamation lawsuit

Wow....you people call Sam a jerk because he does his job..you all amaze me....Sam has always been nice to me and when I was not the police Sam pulled me over, joked with me and did NOT write me a ticket...... Sam is not a liar either....

It was a jury trial, not a bench trial. How can the judges suck when the jury were the one that found him not guilty. He had no radar,no video, and was talking on a cell phone before, during, and after he pulled him over. Doesn't sound like beyond a reasonable doubt to me.
