Sam and Clearence are the 2 biggest a**holes in law enforcent period. I hope both of them get what's comming to them someday. I would bet my entire paycheck that when they get pulled over they will flash that badge in a second hoping for some courtesy. I hope Terry Meiners kicks his *** in a lawsuit to.

No matter what you might think of Sam, you have to admit he treats everyone the same. He doesn't lie, he just writes tickets for what he observes. In my opinion his, and by definition all of our, honor has been impuned by this fellow. I will never say I agree with Sam's attititude and treatment of the public.
