Career of Robert White, next Denver police chief, marked by controversy

I agree! I just hope none of the current commanding officers get chosen for Chief. This Dept will still be run as if Robert White was here. Nothing will change. We need a new Chief who has a vision for this city and dept.

Bring in an outsider. There is no buddy system there. And we can start fresh. A new set of eyes is exactly what this Police Dept has needed for years.

uh...Lt. at $70,000 a year? Nope! Try $88,000 per year!! That's a first year Lt. BASE salary!!
