Prosecutor asks officer to remove himself from former Detective Crystal Marlowe's merit hearing

I live in the West End. I'm quite familiar with the projects. No, EVERYONE does not have guns and those that do aren't particularly good at using them They may be enthusiastic, but they aren't good at them. Nor do they generally own rifles. Yes, the murder rate is higher, but for the most part, the folks dying are not random, they are killing people they want to kill for - in some cases - reasons that are at least valid for them. I just don't get the worked up about those types of murders. And, of course, there are a lot more people in close proximity, more changes to tick someone off who might murder you.
