I will back up Malcolm any day, any time. The stuff he has been disciplined for is stupid little policy stuff- he's a HELL of a cop! I've worked with him for years. The CO's 'let this stuff go' because it's petty, and he WORKS.

Any cop will tell you, if you're working and doing you're job, you're going to make mistakes and get complaints. He's an FTO because he knows what being a cop is about and has a lot to pass on to new guys.

Your obviously a new guy and your illiterate. Only an oblivious rookie would believe anything the CJ prints and take it for face value. Some people have to work constantly because they are stuck on a beat were everyone hates them, spitts when they drive by, and could not survive 10 hours without going to the shell station to buy groceries with their WICK card. If you have not made many mistakes, you have not learned anything on this job and nobody respects you anyway rookie.
