Attorney defends former Detective Crystal Marlowe's case work

You know on a total seperate note from the case with marrow, JCYC has told me on 2 occasions that a juvenile was 10-85, only to tell me the warrant was already served when I got there. I have heard of this happening to several other officers also. Not to mention that I had a kid who had two felony charges for burglary and I called JCYC and they told me he had no record at all.
