Exactly. He didn't do training when he was with the county, either. Best I can tell, NO ONE coordinates the law side of training for LMPD, it just sort of happens. One recent recruit told me that best he could tell, they just call around the county attorneys office, find someone who is available and they show up and read slides that apparently they'd never seen before, and often knew next to nothing about the subject at hand. And that he caught several errors on laws that had been changed in the last few years because no one updates the material. He knew because he was already a certified officer from another Kentucky agency and was well aware of recent changes.

I can't see why the Chief can't see that this is bigger then him. Dennis is setting him up to fail, so they can get who they want as Chief, and bring the good ol boy system back. Wake Up Chief!
