The conduct is disorderly in an atmosphere like the Derby Infield or Thunder. It will begin to cause others to act out of control and get themself or other hurts. Not to mention the alram is causes will you are using the potty. It could also cause damage to the port-a-potty which is criminal mischief.

Iam sure it make it easier for the company to clean them all out while they are in close proximity and not scattered.
