It was not bashing..... it was pointing out a flawed system... all this departments are metro goverment but they all act like their own kingdom....... all depts own policies ABUSE AND MISUSE every other city agency... DUMB DUMB DUMB WAY FOR METRO GOVERNMENT TO FUNCTION.
