Ok, that came across as LMPD Officers were abusing EMS. The officers have NO CHOICE. So how about being more clear please.

Unlike "the public" "abusing LEMS" as you stated, how about, as stated earlier, hopefully the Mayor will look into Command's problem with choking the system with POLICY.

Or mayby that's what you meant.
